He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Laidlaw and Marian Laidlaw (Macomber). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn J. Laidlaw; his sons, Craig Laidlaw (Amy) of Dexter, Steve Laidlaw (Sheri) of Chelsea and Tim Laidlaw of Ann Arbor; his grandchildren, Samuel Laidlaw (Louisa), Jacob Laidlaw, Dylan Laidlaw (Katie) and Caylee Laidlaw; and his great grandchild Weston Laidlaw.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Nie Family Funeral Home, Liberty Road Chapel (3767 W Liberty Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Lyle's name to Huron Valley Humane Society or to the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
