It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lillian Simms of Ann Arbor, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jacob Miller and Mary Agnes Miller (Knight); her husband Richard; and her siblings, Art, John Miller, Veronica and Mary Razgunas.
She is survived by: her sisters, Bernadine and Ann Miller-Chisolm; her children, Richard Simms Jr., Elizabeth Simms, Frederick, Debbie Simms, Andrew Simms and Merianne White; her grandchildren, Andrew Simms, Kristine Gilreath, Mary Simms, Gary Bladen, Sarah Simms, Héctor Ramos, Evan, Melissa Simms and Ariel Simms; and her great grandchild Edward Simms.
In lieu of flowers, Lillian and her family request donations to the School of Nursing Class of 1952 Scholarship Fund. Those who loved Lillian may also donate to A Tree to Remember in her honor to have trees planted where they are needed most in North America.
