He was predeceased by: his wife Valerie Lemper Bullen; his parents, G. Rexford Bullen and Gladys Bullen; and his sister Margaret Ware. He is survived by: his sister Eunice Washbish; and his children, Charlie Bullen (Lynne) of Phoenix, AZ, John Bullen of Ann Arbor, MI, Martha Bullen Muhich (Tony) and Tom Bullen (Marylou) of Folsom, CA.. He is also survived by his many friends and especially by his family.
