He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernardino Ruivo and Purificacao Ruivo (Martins); his daughter Tina Ruivo; and his grandsons, Adam Ruivo, Deshone Moore and Jason Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Marion Ruivo; his children, Dennis Ruivo (Nancy), Patricia Hindman (Rick), Vicki Echegoyen (Juan) and Ruth Kowalk (Bryan); his siblings, Elzira Leao and Albert Ruivo (Maria); and his grandchildren, Anthony Ruivo (Melissa), Donald Baker, Stacey Baker-Puia (Pauly), Ebony Jones (Samuel), Cali Snyder (Ryan), Calvin Curlee, Roxana, Marina Echegoyen, Lincoln and Garrett Kowalk. He is also survived by step-grandchildren; 6 beloved great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
