As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though John Leigh may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sampselle and Josephine Sampselle; and his sister Adelaide Clark. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sampselle; his children, Cathleen Sampselle (Dan Ufnar) and Matthew Sampselle (Karla); and his granddaughters, Abigail Sampselle and Emma Sampselle.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Saint Clare's Episcopal Church (2309 Packard St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104).
