He is survived by: his pets, Shadow, Sierra and Shelby; his children, Autumn Schultz of Commerce Twp, Aaron Leone (Pietro) of West Hollywood, Marissa Matthews of Fort Collins and Logan Matthews of Denver; his grandchildren, Draken, Brielle and Peyton Schultz; and his siblings, Sharon Toth, Joan Kaiser (Frank), Daniel Corp (Mary) and Terry Corp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the National Association for Children of Addiction.
