He is survived by: his mother Wanda Cooper (Askew); his daughter Alaina Powers; his stepmother Rose Powers; his siblings, Jennifer Powers Hunter, Sharon Askew Powers Evans, Eric Powers and Cindy Medina; and his friends, Chris Easterling and Lavier Mayers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
