We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jackie J. R. Phelan of Ann Arbor, Michigan, born in Corning, Arkansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Phelan and Eathel Phelan (Gleghorn); his significant other Patricia Stepp; his daughters, Deborah Seleska (Charles) of Savannah, TN, Cheryl Heinz (Ricky Bradley) of Leslie, MI and Jacquelyn Mullins (Ralph) of Jackson, MI.; and his close friends, Vickie Reum, Vicki Bradley, Ashley Hintz, Billie Gibson and Medilodge of Capital Area. He was also cherished by three daughters, along with 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
Because of Jackie's love for dogs and the many that were part of his life, please donate to your local animal shelter in his name in lieu of flowers.
