With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ira Konigsberg of Ann Arbor, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 17, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Hillary Konigsberg; his sister Rita Katcher; and his parents, Mary King and Sidney King. He is survived by: his significant other Martha "Mickey" Price; his children, Anna Konigsberg, Peter Konigsberg (Sara), Sasha Bagchi (Isabel), David Price (Shamean) and Raina Price; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Hegarty (Emily), Tre'Brown, Sam Konigsberg (Kendra), Jane Konigsberg and Eva Bagchi; and his great grandchildren, Leon and Saoirse Hegarty. He is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and many beloved friends.
