He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Frederick and Emma Frederick (Seitz); his former wife Muriel; his sister Geraldine; his brother-in-law Clarence Rafeld; his aunt Anna Ward (Seitz); and his uncles, Fred Seitz and Carl Seitz (Irene).
He is survived by: his son Jeffrey; his wife Dolly; his children, Kathy Hoepf (Charles), Steve Frederick, Kim Wanty, Jeff Frederick and Matt Frederick (Klari); and his grandchildren, Jessica Costa (Jeff), Jennifer Cunningham, Jon Frederick, Amy Roder (Chris), Stacy McCracken (Brendan), Carolyn Belleau (Brendan), Adam Wanty (Kelsie), Jackson Frederick, Courtney Frederick, Kyle Frederick, Logan Frederick and Alia Frederick. He is also survived by 3 sons, 2 of his grandchildren, and his brother-in-law, 8 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Ann Arbor.
