He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Muzyk and Lottie Muzyk. He is survived by: his wife Linda Muzyk; his daughters, Angela Gordon (Ross) and Melissa Spillane (Joe); his grandchildren, Cameron and Brayden; his niece Marcianna Muzyk; and his brother Jeffrey Muzyk (Kathy).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) Coalition or the National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD).
