He was predeceased by: his wife Jo-Ann Churgin (Capo); his parents, Irving Churgin and Gertrude Churgin; and his sister Myrna Perks. He is survived by: his children, Joe, Ken, Jennifer Churgin-Brown (Richard Brown), Joseph Churgin, Kenneth Churgin and Cynthia Rizzuto (Troy Rizzuto); his grandchildren, Ashley, Lauren, Emily and Jordyn Brown; and his children, Brendan, Bailey, Riley Churgin and Troy Rizzuto.
