He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Colligan and Marie Colligan (Hoffman); and his siblings, Joan Robertson of Joseph Colligan, MD, Paul Colligan MD, Charles Colligan, Mary Ortbals, Jerome Colligan PhD and Michael Colligan MD.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Colligan (Miller); his children, Kristin Scarcella (Sergio) of Mark Colligan, MD, Molly Maci (Michael) and Kerry Colligan (Merri Lynn); his siblings, Margaret and Stanley; his grandchildren, Julia, Michael, Matthew, Thomas, Meghan, Madelyn, Mackenzie, Dallas (Nick) and Chase; and his great grandchildren, Collins and Killian. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
