I was going to email him about his case in 1978 when he represented the Children of the Chippewa,Ottawa and Potawatomi Tribes Vs U of M .I have known Elmer for soo long from when I was little he was my grandparents neighbor on Ann Arbor’s West side to Big Boy on Plymouth rd he even visited me in New Buffalo to update me on my grandpas estate. I will miss Elmer . We always had fun and good conversations. Bama pi Elmer (see you later )”
