He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Cornish and Mary Simmons Cornish; and his sister Donna Kaercher. He is survived by : his close friend Margaret "Marge" Cornish; his children, Mary-Margaret Cornish and Thomas Cornish (Ashley); and his granddaughter Vivienne Rose Cornish.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 31st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Travis Pointe Country Club (2829 Travis Pointe Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48108).
