He is survived by: his children, Ben and Mia; his mother Henrietta Goldstein of London, England; his sisters, Alison Fredericks and Nathalie Fricker; his brother-in-law Colin Fricker; and his nieces and nephews, Alexander, Charlotte, Joshua, Sebastien, Zachary and Emilie.
