He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Windecker and Patricia Windecker (Moore). He is survived by: his spouse Catriona Mortell; his brother Mark Windecker (Cynthia); his nephews, Colin Windecker (Audrey), Alex Windecker (Rebecca) and Brett Windecker (Nichole); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Davis, Lewis, Charlie, Norah and Zaina.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 1:05 PM to 3:00 PM at the Nie Family Funeral Home, Liberty Road Chapel (3767 W Liberty Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103).
