He is survived by: his cousin Scooby-Doo; his husband James Coller; his pet Percy Jackson; his parents, Rick Jackson and Lori Jackson; his sisters, Alexis and Maggie Jackson; his grandparents, Darrell, Jan Sprague, Jim and Melanie Jackson; and his aunts and uncles, Dave (Jackie Sprague), Amy (Joe Hollowell), Theresa Jackson and Larry (Julie Jackson). He is also survived by cousins and great aunts and uncles, and many close friends.
Brendan made a final gift to the world by donating his cancerous tissue to the Rucker Collier Foundation's research group to help directly advance cell line knowledge and improve the work of finding a treatment and, ultimately, a cure for SEF. In lieu of flowers, please consider helping to continue Brendan's fight against cancer, and especially SEF, the rare cancer that cut Brendan's life far too short.
