She is survived by: her sons, Aareus, Nicholas and Auston Ashford; her daughter-in-law Aissa Ashford; her grandchildren, Amarre of Ann Arbor, Nicholas II of Ann Arbor, Nzo of Ann Arbor and Neil Ashford of Ann Arbor; and her brother Donald Jenks Jr. (Mac) of Detroit. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
