He is survived by: his wife Linda Leverich (Mason); his children, William, Matthew Curley, Michael Leverich, Kim Diamond (Leverich) and Rusty Leverich; his stepdaughters, Sari Jousma (John Nicholas Jousma) and Stephani Bowen (Michael Bowen); and his stepgrandchildren, Lorelai, Hayden Jousma, Mason and Grace Scruggs.
