He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Ohlman and Ethel Ohlman (Ryder); his fiancée Rosie Bergakker; his sons, Steve Ohlman, Todd Ohlman (Bette), Scott Ohlman (Thu) and Brad Ohlman; his fiancée's son John Bergakker; his grandchildren, Luci Schweigert (Devin), Jesse Ohlman, Lily, Maylee Ohlman, Brooke, Autumn Ohlman, Josh and Justin Bergakker; and his great grandchild Bowie Schweigert.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of West Michigan.
