She is survived by: her children, Nancy Brookens (Mark), John Kowalczyk (Karen) and Robert Kowalczyk (Stacy); her grandchildren, Craig Lett, Nicholas Brookens, Jamie Lett, Tammy Kowalczyk-Smith (Jesse), Brandie Kowalczyk, Josh Kowalczyk, Amanda Sepetjian (Rudy) and Alysia Kowalczyk; and her niece Bonnie Fisher. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
