He is survived by: his wife Ruth Bolthouse; his children, Debra Bolthouse, Daniel Bolthouse, Vicki Mitchell (Craig), Cheryl VanZegeren (Phil) and Suzanne Hoeksema (Dan); and his brothers, Don Bolthouse (Norma), Bob Bolthouse (Ruth), Jack Bolthouse, Craig Kidder and Audrey Kidder. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
