She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Ringes and Alex Ringes; her brother Gerald; and her son Daniel Newton. She is survived by: her husband Gordon; and her children, Catherine (David Small), David (Katherine Newton), Susan Guerrero, Robert (Karen Newton) and Laurie (Robert Ericksen). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren expected in 2021; many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
