He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Sr. TenHave and Donna TenHave; and his grandmother Helen Rice. He is survived by: his wife Susan "Hootie"; his sons, Tony TenHave III (Ramee) and Nicholas TenHave; his stepchildren, Angela Moore (Josh) and Brandon Clement; his grandchildren, Anthony IV, Allie, Kyle, Mason, Jaxson, Camden, Jordan, Hayden and Jillann; and his great grandchild Oliver.
