She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Tripp and Alice Tripp (McMurphy); her husband Gary DeRosia; her grandson Christopher Swift; and her siblings, Helen Keyworth, Garnet Tripp and Eleonore Lutze.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Dubie (Dale), Robert Swift, Larry Swift (Cindy), Jeffery Swift (Lina) and Dennis Swift (Laura). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bannan Funeral Home (222 S 2nd Ave, Alpena, MI 49707). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
