We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2021, at the age of 58, William E. Arpin of Alpena, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Carrie Arpin and William E. Arpin (Bill); his pet Croissant; and his nieces, Dixie Haye, Judi Hart (Fred), Charlotte Allen, Carrie Kane (Brian), Molina Allen and Kezia Allen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
