He was predeceased by: his father Victor Mills Sr.; his stepfather Thomas Arpin; and his brothers, Martin "Marty" Mills and Thomas A. Arpin. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Mills Sr. (Minton) of Alpena, MI; his former wife Maria "Mary" Mills; his children, Staci Smith (Mills) of Alpena, MI, Marty Mills (Allison) of Alpena, MI, Michael Mills (Chelsea Fournier) of Alpena, MI and Aaron Mills of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Kaleb, Lauren, Madison Smith, Mason, Marley and Lola Mills; and his sister Melinda Mills of Ossineke, MI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery, In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Veterans Hospital.
