He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kwiatkowski and Mary Kwiatkowski (Adusky); his wife Carol Hallowisky; and his siblings, William Kwiatkowski, Arthur Kwiatkowski, Agnes Frantz, Delores Frantz and Virginia Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Kwiatkowski of Alpena, Bernard John "BJ" Kwiatkowski of Alpena, Pam Gohlke (Bill) of Alpena and Beth Kwiatkowski of North Carolina. He is also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
