She is survived by: her mother Ilene Hayka (Hodgins); her husband Bill; her children, Brittni Faber (Ethan), Nicole Hatfield (Will) and Ty Ross (Brook); her grandchildren, Theoden Faber and Hartley Hatfield; her siblings, Robert Hayka (Jean), Douglas Hayka (Joyce), James Hayka (Linda), Sally Nesmith (Greg), John Hayka (Dana) and Edwin Hayka; and her sister-in-law Diane Hayka. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
