She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Akers and Ruth Akers; her former husband Kenny; her son David; her grandson David Jr.; and her brother Joe Akers.
She is survived by: her significant other Patrick Skinner of Alpena; her son Mark Parks (Patty) of Holly; her grandchildren, Elisa Garcia, Melissa Parks, Kenneth D. Parks, Lilly Dawson (Billy), Rylee Moreno, Gabriel Khodor, Gabe Moreno, Jennah Khodor, Madeline Landowski and Ryder Landowski; and her sisters, Pam Allen (Todd) of Winterhaven, FL and Debbie Fischer (Scott) of Holly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
