She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Diem and Blanche Diem (Muszynski); and her siblings, Joann Hazel and Edward Diem (Barbara). She is survived by: her husband Florian; her children, Jeffery Wozniak (Angie) and Noreen Scull (Matthew); her grandchildren, Mason, Austin, Allison (Shawn) and Andrew; her great grandchild Ava; and her sisters, Precellia Bile (Steven), Kathlene Gorski (Chester) and Marlene Diem. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Inurnment: Holy Cross Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Michigan or Friends Together in memory of Sandra.
