Ruthelma Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Ruthelma Smith of Alpena, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Donald J. Smith; her nieces, Sharon, Joni, Cindy, Lisa and Beth; her parents, Charles Dawe and Edna Dawe; her siblings, Bernard, Lucille, Esther, Clyde, Doris, Dixie, Dennis and Tom; her grandson Evan; her sons, Donald J Smith II (Portia) of Jackson, MI, Charles D Smith (Susan) of Wellston, MI, Randall S Smith (Ellen) of Whitman, MA and Martin E. Smith (Elizabeth) of Irons, MI; and her grandchildren, Nicole, Hedy, Donald III, Charles, Christie, Melissa, Ryan, Monica and Martin. She was also cherished by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Due to COVID restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
