He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Price; his children, Derek Soltysiak (Angela) and Wendy Potter (Tim); his grandchildren, Reegan, Kameron, Garrett and Emma; and his siblings, Walter Soltysiak (Jane), Carol Ellery (Bob), David Soltysiak (Linda) and Beverly Scott.
