He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Panknin and Blanche Panknin (Piantkowski); and his sister Kathy Panknin. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Panknin (Ashly) and Dale Panknin; his grandchildren, Liberty, Harrison and Yszerman; his siblings, James Panknin (Julie), David Panknin, Sandy Hein (Dave), Sally McMann (Todd) and Fred Panknin; and his friends, Julie Alexander and Mike Sparling.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (1300 W Washington Ave, Alpena, MI 49707).
