He is survived by: his mother Joyce Misiak (Smolinski); his children, Nicole Misiak, Makayla Misiak (Tanner Ingle), Justyn Misiak and Logan Misiak; his siblings, Terry Misiak, Rodney Misiak, Mary Bruski (Jeremy) and Rose Kwilos (Dan); and his grandson Bradley Crevier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
