We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2021, at the age of 91, Robert Karsten of Alpena, Michigan, born in Rogers City, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald Karsten and Margaret Karsten (Schalk); his wife Lucille "Tootie" Neumann; his siblings, Marvin Karsten, Norman Karsten and Sylvia Staley; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Staley, John Burkness, John Carnali, Virginia Karsten and Delores Karsten.
He is survived by: his children, Ruth Driscoll (Thomas) and Thomas Karsten (Beverly); his grandchildren, Katie, Zach and Cam; and his siblings, Lila Burkness, James Karsten (Geraldine), Chester Karsten (Brenda), Margaret Carnali, Nancy Klingshirn (James) and Jean Warwick (Richard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
