He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor DeCaire and Gladys DeCaire (Bellmore); and his siblings, Joyce Fitzpatrick, Barbara Muszynski, Gerald DeCaire and Geraldine Ellis.

He is survived by: his daughters, Monique Megchiani and Jackie Black (Cameron); and his grandchildren, Mya, Madison and Braylen.
