She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Tadajewski and Gertrude Tadajewski (Stoinski); her spouse Thomas H. Cook; her daughter Yvonne Marie; and her sisters, Virginia Cayler, Blanche Kline and Darlene Kaiser.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Wekwert (Craig) and Jacqueline Piwowarski (James); her grandchildren, Joseph Piwowarski (Michelle), Tyler Wekwert, Megan Kerton (Travis) and Noah Wekwert; her siblings, Leon Tadajewski and Easther Gerezewski; and her brother-in-law Ronald Kaiser. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Of All Saints Parish (817 Sable St, Alpena, MI 49707). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Interment: Long Rapids Township Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may make a memorial to Hospice of Michigan.
