He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Sr. Stepanski; his wife Dora Jean; his son Kevin; and his siblings, Margaret Grambau, Jeanette Stepanski, Alice Brousseau, Elaine Olson, Clement Stepanski, Thomas Stepanski and Arthur Stepanski.

He is survived by: his children, Julie Bey (Donald), Karen Breitschuh (James), Jane Stepanski and Keith Stepanski; his grandchildren, Daniel Bey, Matthew Bey, Courtney Page (Charlie), Jillian Collard (Trevor) and Sarah Stepanski; his great grandchild Max Edward Page; and his siblings, Joseph Jr. Stepanski and Theresa Dignan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
