He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Belanger and Nora Belanger (Prieur). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gagnon; his children, Christopher Belanger (Shana) of Alpena, MI, Jennifer Belanger of Alpena, MI and Jason Belanger of Carson City, MI; his grandchildren, Raven, Lucas, Jordan, Kale and Dustin; and his brothers, Roy Belanger of Alpena, MI, Larry Belanger of Alpena, MI and Daniel Belanger (Ruth Ann) of Alpena, MI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
