He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Cramer and Charlotte Cramer (Becker). He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Urlaub; his wife Pam; his sons, Chad Cramer (Shelby) and Jason Cramer (Kate); his grandchildren, Marissa Dent (Joe), Andrew, Joseph, Avianah, Caleb, Madelyn and Mackenzie; and his siblings, Carol Kennedy and Patrick Cramer (Lori).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Immanuel Lutheran School or Friends Together.
