She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Manning and Edna Manning (Smith); her husband William Fetter; and her brother Glen Manning. She is survived by: her children, Billi Henderson (Ron), Cindy Graham (Alan), Tami Bannatyne (Rich), Richard Fetter (Jill), Joel Fetter (Lisa) and Kathy Fetter; her foster son Dennis Powers; her siblings, Joyce McCord, Betty Thompson (Paul), Gary 'Butch' Manning (Karen), Mike Manning (Sandy), Randy Manning (Mary) and Sue Zolnierek (Norm); and her sister-in-law Jannette Manning. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
Inurnment: Evergreen Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Michigan or Alpena Baby Pantry.
