With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marjorie Gayle Matteson of Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on March 7, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Lemuel Homant; and her siblings, Bonita "Bonnie" St. Charles, Donald, William and James Homant.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Matteson, Kristin Conger (Paul) and Scott Matteson (Connie); her grandchildren, Anna Bass (Dylan Weir), Benjamin Matteson (Ellie Sims), Flynn Conger, Jessica Lancewisz (Jesse) and Andrew Phal (Dannyelle Janis); her great grandchildren, Leilia, Logan, Aubrey and Madison; her sister Marilyn Semones; and her close friend Robert Smith.
