She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert McMahon and Grace McMahon (Hawley); and her siblings, Robert McMahon, Dick McMahon and Eilene McMahon.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Dowd; her sons, Thomas Dowd and David Dowd (Holly); and her grandchildren, Brendan, Madison and Carson Grace.
Inurnment: Holy Cross Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to All Saints School.
