Marilyn Mae Higgins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Mae Higgins (Alpena, Michigan), born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, F. Manley Flegal and Beulah Flegal; her nephew Bruce Flegal; and her sister Carolyn Flegal. She is survived by: her children, Michael Higgins (Tamara), Laura Kolar (Matthew) and Timothy Higgins (Rebecca); her granddaughters, Reaghan, Ava, Harper and Kaelynn; her brothers, Ron Flegal (June) and Don Flegal (Janet); her nieces and nephews, Maddie and Connor; and her cousin Betty Ann Smith (Biergans).
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for donations to be made in her memory to the Parkinson's Foundation.
