Marilyn Henderson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn Henderson of Alpena, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 6, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marilyn Henderson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Melancon and Grace Melancon (Klann); her husband James Henderson; and her children, James Henderson II, April Henderson and Bethany Quinn.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Henderson (Teresa), Melanie Henderson and Ginger Porter (Randy); and her grandchildren, Galen McComb (Heather), Joshua Henderson, Melissa Denisar (Matt), Tonya LaNasa (Mike), David Porter, Stephanie Quinn, Benjamin Porter (Carrie), Adam Porter, Randy Porter and Katie Baughman. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter; and many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Twin Cities Baptist Church (5339 S Saginaw St, Flint, MI 48507). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Twin Cities Baptist Church, in Marilyn's memory.
