She was predeceased by: her father Louis Smith; and her brothers, Bill Smith and Dan Smith. She is survived by: her mother Dolores Smith (Martin); her siblings, Susan MacConnell (Kendall), Terry Smith (Deb), Jim Smith (Cindy), Lori Bruski (Gary), Janet Godfrey (Albert), Ken Smith (Deb), Mark Smith (Maureen), Pat Smith (Nancy), Mary Nowak and Jack Smith (Laura); and her sisters-in-law, Deb Smith and Patti Byce (Mark). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Inurnment: Holy Cross Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friends Together.
