She is survived by: her children, Floyd E. Cushman (Renae), Larry A. Cushman (Susan) and Rita R. LaForge (Michael); and her siblings, Donald Jones and Geraldine Kosht. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
