It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Ray Quantz (Alpena, Michigan), who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his friend TruGreen; his grandparents, Edward "Bud" Sharp and Mabel Sharp; his stepfather Virgil Kingsbury; and his nephew Brett Szumila.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Quantz of Clinton Township, MI, Hanna Quantz, Edward Quantz, Zachary Quantz and Julie Quantz; his mother Karen Allen (Joe); his siblings, Alan Quantz (Lynn), Elizabeth Burpo (David) of Alpena, MI. and Ruth Kingsbury-Szumila (Karl); his friend Kathy Lyon of Clinton Township, MI.; his nephew Seth Quantz (Rachael); his great-nephew Otto Quantz of Longmont, CO.; and his nephews, Tanyr ZiBerna (Alyssa) of Holland, MI, Eric Vandagriff and Brandon Szumila of Alpena, MI.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
